AVAILABILITY CALENDAR 2008 - 2010
AND REAL-TIME RESERVATION REQUESTS

My online availability calendar isn't working right now (10/3/08). I apologize for the inconvenience and will be working through the weekend to get it working.

Our availability calendar is linked directly to our reservation software. Every time I input a new reservation, the online calendar is automatically updated.

You have two different ways to check our future availability.

1. Use the calendar controls to either scroll ahead by two week periods, or use the drop down calendar box to get right to the dates you're interested in. This is the best way to check our availability.

2. If you place your cursor over any one of the "book" graphics and click it, it will take you immediately to the calender search form. Input your projected travel dates and the form will display all units that are available for those dates.  The only problem with this method is that it won't show you alternative dates (for instance, that only one of the dates you've requested is booked but the remainder are open).
