The Jungle Cottage at Hale Pohaku

Originally built in the 1940s, the Jungle Cottage (cottage A in the aerial photograph) is one of two of Hale Pohaku's historic plantation cottages.  With ocean views from the living room and queen bedroom, this fully renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath Poipu vacation cottage measures about 900 square feet in size.

The Jungle Cottage features:

• a fully equipped kitchen including gas range and dishwasher, microwave, blender, thermal carafe coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, hand mixer, and all cooking utensils, dishes, pans, etc.
• private washer/dryer
• private outdoor barbeque grill
• TV and DVD player
• entertainment center with CD player
• hair dryer
• iron and ironing board
• private phone
• outdoor beach shower
• oversized cotton bath towels
• luxury 100% cotton bedding

The Queen Bedroom has views out to the ocean.	The bathroom features a tiled tub/shower.	The Twin Bedroom.

The bathroom has double entrances, from both the queen bedroom as well as the living area.  It features a tiled tub/shower with a handheld attachment to make it easier for bathing. 

The original sixty year old hardwood floors run through the living room and both bedrooms.   All rooms feature ceiling fans.

The twin bedroom can be converted to a single king size bed upon request.

A twin rollaway bed or a crib can be added at no additional charge.

Upon checking in, you will be greeted with a welcome gift of bottled water and Hawaii coffee and tea for your first morning's breakfast.  Toiletries provided include shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and shower gel.

RATE:

$225 per night (2 night minimum stay)

Maximum guest occupancy: 5

Cleaning fee: $150

 

All rates are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of Hawaii state tax of 13.42%. Cleaning fees are exclusive of Hawaii state tax of 4.166%.
