Hale Pohaku provides a wonderful venue for family weddings, small corporate meetings, Board of Director meetings, corporate retreats and other group events. We accommodate up to 28 people, which based on a 7 night stay comes to less than $50 per person per night. We're right in the middle of the Poipu resort area yet located on a quiet back street. We have a pool on the property just for our guests, and the ocean is only a one minute walk away.
Hale Pohaku provides a full range of event and seminar management services, including:
- Catering selections and management
- Audio/visual arrangements and management
- Speaker selection and management
- Agenda and session selection and management
- Conference marketing and attendee solicitation
- Registration services
- Off-site event coordination, including restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing arrangements
- Transportation arrangements
- VIP and Board of Directors arrangements
- Program, name badge and conference materials production
- On-site registration & management of conference flow
- MC services
- Continuing education credit services
Rates:
$1,195 per night with a 4 night minimum stay
Cleaning fee: $900 ($937.50 with tax)
All rates are quoted exclusive of Hawaii state tax of 13.42%. Cleaning fees are quoted exclusive of Hawaii state tax of 4.166%. Rates are subject to change without notice.
